When you sign up for a masterclass, workshop or our epic Membership, you will receive an email directly from us, welcoming you in.
If it is your first time learning from us, you will also receive an invitation email separately to set up your portal.
If you haven’t received either of these emails, please check your junk folder first and then try searching our email address or these key words:

Or the name of the masterclass you signed up for.

If after all of this, you still can’t find what you are looking for please email us at support@joinbodyacademy.com and we will troubleshoot with you.

Replays are sent out to everyone who signs up within 24hrs after they are taught live.

Please search our email address and also the word “Replay” if you are having trouble finding the email we sent you.

If it is your first time learning from us, you will also receive an invitation email separately to set up your portal. This will come from the place we house our content on which is called “Circe”. Please search this to find your invitation email and set up your account.

If you join us live, you will enter your name and email during the live teaching session and we will email it out to you by the end of that week.

If you watch any replay of any masterclass, once you finish it, you will be sent an automated certificate.

The name you sign up with is what is used to populate your certificate for any masterclass replays.

Please make sure to have your correct name in your profile.

If you sign up with your email address only, it will auto-populate your email address.

You can go into your profile and edit your name at any time.

If you join us live, we will take your correct name.

Many of my students have used our certificates for their CPD points, however each association is different with their online learning requirements (and these vary from state to state and country to country too) so I always recommend that you check with yours specifically.
